This website provides information about Dotty Moo keepsakes, including personalised products and bulk orders for schools and organisations.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any additional details shown at checkout.

Products and images
All products are made to order.
Images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, positioning and final appearance may vary slightly depending on the design and personalisation provided.
Personalised direct orders
Some Dotty Moo products are personalised and ordered directly through our website.
- Personalisation is printed exactly as entered
- Please check all details carefully before placing your order
- We may not be able to amend or cancel orders once production has started
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty (see our Returns Policy).
Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
School orders (parent orders via school)
Orders placed via schools are:
- Made to order after the order window closes
- Produced using designs approved by the school
- Delivered to the school for distribution unless stated otherwise
Customers must provide accurate information (child’s name, class, etc.) to ensure correct delivery.
Order deadlines and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.
Wholesale / organisation orders
Orders placed directly by schools, clubs or organisations (not via parent checkout):
- Are confirmed via invoice
- Production begins once full payment has been received
- Lead times are agreed at the point of order
We reserve the right to delay production until payment is cleared.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved providers.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or factors outside our control.
Use of logos and images
Where a school, organisation or customer provides a logo, design or image for use on a product, they confirm that they have permission to use and share that content.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dotty Moo® Ltd may use images of completed products, including those featuring logos or designs, for marketing purposes. This may include use on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
If you would prefer your design not to be used for marketing, please let us know at the time of ordering.
Intellectual property
All branding, designs and content on this website belong to Dotty Moo® Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without permission.
Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and high-quality products. However, we are not liable for:
