If you’re interested in sponsoring bears or getting involved, it’s helpful if you include a few details about your enquiry, such as whether you're a business, group or individual, and any ideas you have in mind.

Orders and personalised bears

If you have a question about a personalised bear, an order you’ve placed, choosing the right option, or a custom design, we’re happy to help.

If your message relates to an existing order, including your order name and the email address used at checkout helps us respond more quickly.

Schools and Organisations

If you’re enquiring about leavers bears, branded merchandise or group orders, it’s helpful if you include your organisation name, postcode and an estimated quantity (even a rough guide is fine).
