Delivery (direct orders)
Orders placed directly through our website are delivered using tracked shipping.
Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to postal services or factors outside our control
School orders (parent orders)
Orders placed via schools:
- Are produced after the order window closes
- Are delivered to the school for distribution unless stated otherwise
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of ordering.
Wholesale / organisation orders
Bulk orders for schools, clubs and organisations:
- Are produced once payment has been received
- Delivery timelines are agreed at the point of order
Shipping issues

- Is incorrect
