  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer
  • Estimated production times are shown at checkout where possible

Delivery (direct orders)

Orders placed directly through our website are delivered using tracked shipping.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to postal services or factors outside our control

School orders (parent orders)

Orders placed via schools:

  • Are produced after the order window closes
  • Are delivered to the school for distribution unless stated otherwise

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of ordering.


Wholesale / organisation orders

Bulk orders for schools, clubs and organisations:

  • Are produced once payment has been received
  • Delivery timelines are agreed at the point of order

Shipping issues

Please check your order upon delivery.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incorrect
  • Does not arrive

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
